Limited One-Year Warranty: SousHeat Cooktop’s stove tops are fully warranted from date of shipment for one year to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Any stove tops found to be defective in material or workmanship may be sent back to the company at customer’s expense for repair or replacement. This warranty does not extend to any stove tops which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, exposure to the elements or chemicals, alteration or unauthorized repair.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS.
